Keshia has over a decade of expereince managing multi-million-dollar public safety initiatives.
Keshia is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. a board member of the Montclair Police Athletic League, and a mentor for Sister-2-Sister youth empowerment organization.
Keshia earned a Master in Teaching from Montclair State University, a Master in Public Health from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College. She holds various educational certifications, and certificates in Restorative Practices and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
